Hooray! Thanks to H Is For Home's blog, I have discovered that Sanna Annuka has designed some more beautiful tins for Marks and Spencers. Last year's tin was lovely but I only found out about it after they were long sold out. H Is For Home say they have now exchanged hands on Ebay for £15-£20 - EMPTY! So I am determined this year to get my hands on one as I love her work. All pics from her website.
Her birds are very similar to the Hornsea birds I think and her style is reminiscent of Charley Harper.

I Heart H Is For Home
There is so much stuff on their website that I wish I had the room for, they have such a great eye for vintage bits and bobs, where do they find it all? I would love to go and visit their space but it's a long way away... one day! Here are some items of loveliness you can buy on their site!

Hornsea Concept
I have also just purchased a Hornsea Concept sugar bowl with lid which I am very excited about, I can't wait for it to arrive! I found this beautiful photo on Flickr of the bowl with a matching teapot which is beautiful! Very elegant. Ebay has a lot to answer for...
Portmeirion Totem
I have recently 'discovered' Portmeirion Totem, a fab range from the 70s (that era again, what a surprise!) - I have bought an amber colour small jug and a green small storage jar from Ebay, am waiting for them both to arrive, very exciting! I found this from Pips Trip which is lovely!

John Clappison
I have just 'discovered' John Clappison! Partly down to H Is For Home, their blog is excellent and whenever you look for something like Hornsea in Google images, their images are always there in abundance! Anyway, I love his style, I have just bought my first ever Ebay purchase which is Hornsea but was designed by him! (The bird ashtray I blogged about before.) I can't wait for it to arrive in the post!

I Heart Hornsea
I love picking up the odd bit of Hornsea pottery in charity shops, I am a sucker for 60s and 70s design! Found this pic on the web (courtesy of H Is For Home), I want one!
